As part of this policy, we do not entertain any requests for return or replacement in case the complete video is not shared with us.
3. The customer must ensure that the product is not prone to any physical damage, with original packaging and all the required accessories intact.
4. If you still wish to return the product that is delivered and get it changed, you need to bear the shipping charges, which include the product being picked up from your place and the new product you wish to order (₹300). Please Note: Returns are subject to approvals only*.
