Returns or Replacement Policy

We have an easy return policy for our customers, all we need is, the product should be unused and in its original condition(packaging). Write to us within 24 hours addressing your concern. You can either drop us an email at genzenterprise1@gmail.com or reach out to us at 7041148498(WhatsApp). Our team will get your product replaced after reviewing it at our end.

 Here are the important pointers for your reference:

  1. The customer can return or exchange the defective/damaged product within 2 days from the date of delivery.

  2. It is mandatory to make a video which starts from unpacking/unboxing the parcel and the box inside so that details related to the product you wish to return or replace can be captured easily without any hassles. As part of this policy, we do not entertain any requests for return or replacement in case the complete video is not shared with us.

  3. The customer must ensure that the product is not prone to any physical damage, with original packaging and all the required accessories intact.

  4. If you still wish to return the product that is delivered and get it changed, you need to bear the shipping charges, which include the product being picked up from your place and the new product you wish to order (₹300). Please Note: Returns are subject to approvals only*.

Note: There is no return policy on Screen Protectors . You can get them replaced in case of any defect or damage.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and investigated, we will send you an email notification that we have received your item you wish to return. We will also keep you informed about the status of your refund once we have analysed it at our end. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided as GenZ Lifestyle Store Credit. You will be eligible to buy another product for the same price or more. The amount will be credited back as GenZ Lifestyle store credit.

If a refund is approved by us, the refund amount will be credited to the customer's account within 5-7 business days.

 

Please Note Again: Product should be unused and in its original condition, with non-damaged packaging.

Order Cancellation Policy

We provide complete refund of your order if it is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You can get in touch with us by raising a support ticket from the Contact Us page in case you have made up your mind to cancel the order. We do not provide any order cancellations once the order is shipped from our end. The customer will have to bear the shipping fee in case of order cancellation.

Delivery Policy

All of our products are shipped and delivered with utmost precision and perfection. We do not compromise with our quality standards hence we do not believe in the policy of open delivery. We advise all our customers not to indulge in any fights with delivery boys delivering products at your doorstep.
