We have an easy return policy for our customers, all we need is, the product should be unused and in its original condition(packaging). Write to us within 24 hours addressing your concern.  Here are the important pointers for your reference:

1. The customer can return or exchange the defective/damaged product within 2 days from the date of delivery.
2. It is mandatory to make a video which starts from unpacking/unboxing the parcel and the box inside so that details related to the product you wish to return or replace can be captured easily without any hassles. As part of this policy, we do not entertain any requests for return or replacement in case the complete video is not shared with us.
3. The customer must ensure that the product is not prone to any physical damage, with original packaging and all the required accessories intact.
4. If you still wish to return the product that is delivered and get it changed, you need to bear the shipping charges, which include the product being picked up from your place and the new product you wish to order (₹300). Please Note: Returns are subject to approvals only*.

Note: There is no return policy on Screen Protectors . You can get them replaced in case of any defect or damage.

Order Cancellation Policy

We provide complete refund of your order if it is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. We do not provide any order cancellations once the order is shipped from our end. The customer will have to bear the shipping fee in case of order cancellation.
