However, in case you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may request a return. We Need an Unboxing Video of the Package to Claim the damage, without Video No Replacement will be Offered.

We need the video so that we can raise a complaint with the courier company if there has been a theft or damage during transit.
