WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES !

Our teams work hard to deliver you a product of elevated design and quality in a timely manner. However, in case you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may request a return. We only offer exchanges on faulty products but you have to inform us within 2 days. If 2 days are passed we can’t offer returns or exchanges.


We accept the return of products that were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.


NOTE: The product should be in its original packing, as it was received.

We Need an Unboxing Video of the Package to Claim the damage, without Video No Replacement will be Offered.

We need the video so that we can raise a complaint with the courier company if there has been a theft or damage during transit.

Tempered Glass / Screen Protectors:
We use protective packaging to make sure that the product reaches you undamaged. For Tempered Glass / Screen Protector / Scratch Guard, we don't provide any replacement, if the user doesn't know how to apply it or didn't apply it properly, it is not our (Cases Villa) responsibility. If there are bubbles during application we (Cases Villa ) are not responsible for that, it depends on the application process. For the perfect application, you can follow a Youtube Tutorial on screen protector applications.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.
