Exchanges only on faulty products within 2 days. No returns. We can’t offer you an exchange if 2 days have passed.                    

We accept the return of products which were shipped out by us or if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item). The item(s) must be returned with proof of purchase.

The product should be in its original packaging as it was received.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via genzenterpise1@gmail.com (expected response time: 24-48 hours) or WhatsApp us on +91 6359806531 (2 working hours) for more information.

Please be informed that you have to pay for the return shipping fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed, and we’ll send you the new product and the old package will be picked-up by the delivery person.

NOTE: There are no exchanges or refunds on COD orders.

We Need a 360-Degree Unboxing Video of the Package to Claim the Damage or Any Missing Items. Without the Video, No Replacement will be Offered.

We need the video, so that we can raise a complaint with the courier company , if there has been a theft or damage during transit.

(We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item).

Tempered Glass/Screen Protectors: We use protective packaging to make sure that the product reaches you undamaged. For Tempered Glass/Screen Protector/Scratch Guard, we don't provide any replacements. If a user doesn't know how to apply it or didn't apply it properly, it is not our (Genz Lifestyle) responsibility. If there are bubbles during application, we (Genz Lifestyle ) are not responsible for that. It depends on the application process. For a perfect application, you can follow a YouTube tutorial on screen protector application.

Original Equipment Manufacturer: We manufacture it directly from the factory, since the product's serial number is not registered on the official website.

" The logo will be printed on most of our cases/covers that are mentioned on the website for sale.

FITTING: Our cases will fit perfectly only on a naked phone. If there is any skin or film attached to the phone, the case/cover will not fit perfectly. We (Genz Lifestyle) will not be responsible for any such issues or concerns that may occur to the buyer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2–5 business days) before a refund is posted.
