However, in case you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may request a return. We only offer exchanges on faulty products but you have to inform us within 2 days. If 2 days are passed we can’t offer returns or exchanges.
We accept the return of products that were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
NOTE: The product should be in its original packing, as it was received.
We Need an Unboxing Video of the Package to Claim the damage, without Video No Replacement will be Offered.
We need the video so that we can raise a complaint with the courier company if there has been a theft or damage during transit.
