However, in case you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may request a return. We accept the return of products that were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

We Need an Unboxing Video of the Package to Claim the damage, without Video No Replacement will be Offered.
